GLAZED SWEET POTATOES 
6 or 8 sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pear juice
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. pecan halves

Place sugar, salt, cornstarch, and juices in kettle. Boil until thickened. Add butter and nuts. Pour over cooked sweet potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
