CRUSTY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheese
1 sm. pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
2 tsp. chili powder
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can pinto beans

Cook ground beef and drain add onion, chili powder and tomato sauce. Pour in 8 x 12 inch dish. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheese on top and pour 1 can pinto beans undrained over the cheese. Mix up the corn bread mix and cover the beans. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
