BARBECUE MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 or 2 c. cracker crumbs or enough to make beef stick together
28 oz. bottle catsup
1 (10 oz.) grape jelly
cooking oil

Mix ground beef, onion soup, beaten eggs and cracker crumbs together and form into 1-inch balls. Brown meatballs in cooking oil. Remove from skillet and hold. Make sauce of catsup and grape jelly by putting in pan and heating until the jelly melts. Put meatballs in deep baking dish. Pour sauce over meatballs.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or more. This can be frozen for later or used now. Serve hot.
