1 1/4 lb. Sea Legs Supreme (imitation crabmeat) 1 lb. cream cheese 1/2 lb. snow crabmeat 1/4 lb. cooked baby shrimp 1/4 c. finely chopped celery 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. Maggi liquid seasoning (found in any store, near Gravymaster) 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Salt Pepper 8 English muffins 16 slices Provolone cheese finely chop Sea Legs and snow crab. Squeeze out excess water. In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until soft and creamy. Add crab mixture, shrimp, celery, and seasonings. Salt and pepper to taste. Blend mixture thoroughly. Cut English muffins in half, broil tops until golden brown. Spread 3 oz. crabby mixture on each muffin half, top each with a slice of cheese and bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes until cheese is golden brown. OTHER SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Add some seasoned bread crumbs for a delicious stuffing for shrimp, sole, and haddock. Add shredded cheese and breads crumbs and stuff mushroom caps. Bake 10-12 minutes at 425 degrees until lightly browned. Serve the crabby mixture on top of toasted English muffins with poached eggs, asparagus spears, and Bernnaise Sauce. |
