GRANDMA MARIE'S CRABBIES 
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lb. crab meat
6 English muffins, split
Parsley

Combine butter and cheddar cheese until softened. Fold in crab meat. Spread mixture on muffins. Quarter muffins if preparing appetizer. Freeze on cookie sheets (bag after frozen to conserve freeze space). Broil until bubbly and lightly browned. Garnish with parsley if desired. Makes terrific lunch entree served in halves or a great appetizer.
