TACO CASSEROLE 
1 bag nacho cheese tortilla chips
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 onion
1 can Brooks "hot and spicy" chili beans
1 can Old El Paso tomatoes with green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Crush the chips and place in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Dice onion. Brown onion and ground beef; drain. Add tomatoes and taco seasoning and beans. Simmer about 1/2 hour. Put this meat and bean mixture on top of chips. Sprinkle cheese over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
