CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken or 4 to 5 chicken breasts, boiled and chunked
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 onion, chopped
1 small can green chilies, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips, crushed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix soups and evaporated milk together. Add chicken pieces, onion and green chilies.

In casserole dish, layer 1/2 chips, soup and chicken mixture and the other 1/2 chips on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese and let melt.
