HAWAIIAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. (#303) can crushed pineapple (2 c.)
1 box or 2 cans coconut
1 c. walnuts or pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. rum flavor, if preferred

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add salt and baking powder. Mix in crushed pineapple. Add coconut, walnuts or pecans, vanilla, and rum.

Mix into above 1 bag graham cracker crumbs (approximately 4 cups). Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. If using larger can of pineapple (1 pound 13 12 ounces), add 6 cups crumbs.
