CRUNCHY PEA SALAD | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby peas, thawed 1 c. diced celery 1 c. chopped cauliflower 1/4 c. diced green onions 1 c. chopped cashews 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. prepared Original HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing Crisp crumbled bacon Combine all ingredients. Chill. I boil my peas about 1 minute, drain and coat. I use minced onions and a little more cauliflower. I don't add the cashews or bacon until ready to serve. |
