TURKISH MEATBALLS 
1 c. water
3 tbsp. rice
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions, grated
3 eggs
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
3 or 4 tbsp. flour
Vegetable oil

Add water to rice and boil until cooked. Drain. Saute half of the meat with onions. Add 2 eggs, remaining ingredients, uncooked meat and rice.

Heat the oil. Beat remaining egg. Make the meatballs in an oval shape. Pat first with flour, then with egg and then cook in oil over medium heat until light brown.
