GREEK MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Vegetable oil or vegetable cooking spray

Mix together all ingredients. Using hand, shape into walnut size balls. Add small amount of oil to large skillet. Fry meat balls until done. Serve hot or at room temperature. Yields approximately 2 1/2 dozen.
