GREEK MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions
4 slices bread, trim crust, moisten with water
Flour for coating
Oil for frying
1 lg. can whole tomatoes
1 tbsp. oregano
1 egg
1 tbsp. cumin
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except oil and flour. Mix well. Take 1 tablespoon at a time, shape in ball, lay in flour. Shape as many as your frying pan will hold. Then roll in flour, shake excess flour and fry in hot oil until brown on both sides. Transfer to platter. Serve hot or cold. For party meatballs make smaller and deep fry.
