GREEK SPICEBURGERS 
1 lb. lean, ground beef, round
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. grated nutmeg
1 tsp. oregano
1 cup plain tomato juice

Combine meat with remaining ingredients, but just enough tomato juice to moisten. Shape into 4 patties. Broil, turning once. Baste with remaining tomato juice. Four servings, 170 calories each.
