GREEK MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. onion
1 c. bread crumbs (moist)
1 egg
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 clove minced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown onions in pan with a little butter. Put in mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients. Shape into little balls. Roll in flour and fry in hot salad oil.
