YEAST-FREE PIZZA DOUGH 
Making pizza dough the traditional way using yeast takes some planning so the dough can rise. This is not a traditional pizza crust, but if you're looking for a quick fix, this is it!

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup milk
6 tbsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until the dough begins to form a ball and pull away from sides of bowl.

Knead dough by hand, while still in bowl, until smooth; then form a ball.

Press dough into an oiled baking sheet or pizza pan using your fingertips, leaving a thicker edge to hold fillings in.

Sprinkle with favorite toppings (sauce flavored with garlic, basil and oregano, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, anchovies, black olives, onions, peppers, etc.).

Bake at 425°F for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.

Very good and very quick! I recommend rolling it out first and then putting it into pizza pan. Try putting hot dogs around the edge and folding the dough over it. Hot dog crust! I did this and the kids loved it!

This dough is pretty good - it's easy to make and comes out well enough, maybe a bit olive-oily or floury - it tastes a kind of biscuity and gets very thick if you don't stretch it (I didn't have a rolling pin) I got mine to 9 inches in circumference and it ended up being like 3/4 of an inch thick after it was baked. Seems like a good dough to experiment with, will save the recipe and probably make it again.

This recipe definitely worked for us! I added garlic and oregano at added a teaspoon of vinegar to help it rise a bit. We are vegan so I uses soy milk. I added onion, cherry tomatoes, vegan cheese, spinach and garlic. Awesome!!

Not bad... found it had a strong olive oil flavor. This did not work so well since I was using it for breakfast pizza. Kiddo did not seem to mind though. Will probably make again with some tweaking

Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out amazingly! From looking the recipe up and having a fresh baked pizza took less than 30 minutes which compared to most pizza recipes is insanely fast! It turned out more bread-y than normal pizza but we loved that about it :) got the second one in the oven now as my family devoured the first! so simple, so cheap and de-lish! :D

A great recipe for flatbread! I pressed it as thin as possible with my hands. I also used garlic salt in place of regular salt, I also added some dried cilantro and basil to the mix! I also only left it in the oven around 19 or 20 minutes. Tasted awesome!

Was an amazing beginners dough! Fo' real. I added garlic powder, onion powder, basil, and oregano instead of salt. Used water instead of milk and not as much oil. And, since I'm a health freak, I used whole wheat flour with a tiny bit of all purpose. It came out wonderful!! Will use again in the future.

Just had this for dinner, really loved it. I made it with wheat-free flour and it turned out really well. I have missed pizza SOOOOOOOOO much cos I can't eat wheat OR yeast, this is the best find ever!

I suppose when you lot say biscuit, we'd say scone. Pizza scones - delicious! We added poppy seeds, herbs and sesame seeds and it was lovely! So much better than shop bought!

We tried it for the second time tonight was good but used margarine instead of olive oil won't do that again it was too floury. What we did do right though was part bake the dough for 2 minutes first than added toppings. Texture was good. Garlic rosemary and olive oil next time. Kids love this

I am so happy with the way my pizza dough turned out. I am a mother of five children and they were very hungry and love pizza. Thank God for this recipe that calls for no yeast since I had none in the pantry. I did add basil, oregano, and garlic in my dough mix. Plus before I baked it u brushed butter with garlic to give it a buttery, crusty flavor. I made my own tomato pizza sauce that really went wonderful with the pizza crust texture.
