Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Arrange croutons on lettuce and pour dressing over top just before tossing; serve ...

Combine ingredients in a glass ... lid; shake well. Pour dressing over chilled salad just before serving and toss lightly. Serve immediately.

Mix together in the order given. Blend in an electric blender or mixer until oil disappears. Makes 2 cups.

Use with cucumbers, cabbage, lettuce, ... and sugar. Add oil slowly, stirring constantly. May be made in advance. Does not need refrigeration.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Variation: For oil, use a mix of 1 cup salad + 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil. Makes 5 cups dressing.

Mix and serve over a variety of greens: Add a tomato for a touch of color.
