1. Soften sherbet and ice cream in juice ... ale when ready to serve. 3. For choice of color, combine sherbet of desired color with ginger ale.

Water, sugar, and juice can be mixed a few days ahead. When ready to serve add ginger ale and put sherbets in ball form or blend into punch.

In large bowl combine concentrates and apple juice. Stir in ginger ale. Spoon sherbet into bowl. Serve immediately. Serves 28 (1/2 cup each).
