Using fork, mix flour, Crisco, sugar, and salt. Add eggs, water, and vinegar. Add to mixture. Form into ball. Chill. Makes 2 pie crusts.

In mixer bowl (preferable BOSCH!!) ... Saran Wrap and freeze. When I need crust, I take out and thaw and Bingo! all set to go. Terrific for pastry.

Makes 4 single or 2 double crusts

Put 1 egg in a cup. Add 1 tablespoon vinegar and fill on up with cold water. Makes 4 pies.
