BEST PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. shortening
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Mix flour, shortening, sugar, and salt. Then add vinegar, 1/2 cup water, and egg; mix well. Knead good and chill for 15 minutes. Roll and bake your pies with any filling. Bake in 425 degree oven for 45 minutes.
