BEST PIE CRUST RECIPE 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. & a dab shortening
3-4 tbsp. cold water

Cut the first 3 ingredients together with a pastry cutter. Add as much of the water as it will hold for flaky crust. Form dough into soft ball. Pat into flat circle on floured board. Roll out to 1 inch larger than pie pan. Fold into quarters and gently place into and unfold into pie pan.
