3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt (less if desired)
1/2 c. sour milk

I use 1 teaspoon vinegar to 1/2 cup sweet milk and let set until the flour and shortening are blended. This is enough pie dough for 2 double crust pies.
