11. PUNCH
(Use only 1 if using champagne - then may add 2nd). Serves 30 cups.

Mix orange juice and water. Add lemonade mix, strawberry mix, sugar, daiquiri ... and 1 cup rum (to your taste). Mix. Freeze. Partially thaw before serving.

Mix first 3 ingredients together in an empty gallon milk jug. Add rum. Keep for 3 to 4 weeks in refrigerator.

Mix all ingredients well ahead of time. Yield: 54 punch cups.

Combine lemonade, orange juice, bourbon, cherries ... pour mixture over ice in punch bowl. Garnish with orange slices. Makes about 24 punch cups.



In a 4 quart non-metal container combine all ingredients; refrigerate. Serve over ice. Makes 12 one cup servings.

1. Puree strawberries with syrup in blender. 2. Combine strawberries, cranberry, raspberry, lemonade and ginger ale. 3. Stir in seltzer.

Mix all ingredients together. Float sherbet on top. Makes 3 quarts.

Dissolve and mix together sugar ... juice (thawed) and lemonade (thawed). Mix well. Whip 6 ... Add vodka or rum to taste as an option. ... ingredients makes one punch bowl. This punch freezes well ... or 2 punch bowls.

Slice bananas and put into blender. Add lemonade straight out of can. Blend ... out of can, rum, and honey. Stir well. ... mixture into chilled punch bowl. Just before serving, stir ... Garnish with lime slices.
