CRAB SUPREME 
8 slices bread
2 c. crabmeat (1 lb.)
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 c. can cream of mushroom soup
Grated Cheddar cheese
Paprika

Cook celery slowly in a little water, about 10 minutes and drain. Dice half of bread in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix crab, onion, mayonnaise, pepper and celery and spread over bread. Dice other slices of bread and place over crab mixture. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees, then spoon soup over top, sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake 1 hour more until golden brown.
