CRAB QUICHE 
4 lg. eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, minced
1 to 2 tbsp. Old Bay
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
12 to 16 oz. crabmeat
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms
Salad Supreme

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In blender mix eggs, Bisquick, milk, butter, onions, Old Bay, salt and nutmeg at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into larger bowl. Add crab, cheese and mushrooms.

Push in to moisten. Carefully pour into greased 10 inch deep dish glass pie plate (or large quiche dish). Sprinkle with Salad Supreme. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until center sets. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
