CRAB SALAD | |
1 head romaine lettuce 1 head iceberg lettuce 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 1 yellow pepper 1 can water chestnuts 1 pkg. imitation crab (Kibun is one brand name) Thousand Island dressing or your favorite Rinse and drain first six ingredients. Tear lettuce into bite size chunks, cut peppers into large squares (about 2"). Put all the lettuce, peppers and water chestnuts in large bowl. Flake crab meat over. If kept in container with tight lid it will stay good for several days in refrigerator. Serve with favorite dressing. 4 servings if for main dish, 8 servings if for side dish. |
