CRAB SALAD 
1 pkg. (1 1/2 lb.) Louis Kemp crabmeat
1 green pepper
1/2 c. sweet red onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt and pepper
Cayenne pepper to taste
c. green peas (optional)

Combine all ingredients with Miracle Whip salad dressing. Serve on bed of iceberg lettuce as a salad or a dip.
