CRAB SUPREME 
8 slices whole bread
3 c. crabmeat or imitation
1 onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery (fine)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 green pepper, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cube 4 bread slices into baking dish. Mix crab, onion, pepper, celery and mayonnaise. Spread over bread. Place other 4 bread slices (cubed) over first layer. Mix eggs and milk and pour over contents in the baking dish. Cover. Put in refrigerator overnight. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Take out of oven. Spoon mushroom soup over top. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 1 hour.
