FRUITY DESSERT 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut
2 1/2 c. sliced apples (or peaches, blackberries, or strawberries)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Put cake mix, butter, and coconut in bowl and mix like you would for pie crust. Pat into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and apples (leave off cinnamon, if desired). Pour fruit mixture over crust. Blend sour cream and egg; drizzle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This works with any flavor cake mix and any kind of fruit.
