1 pkg. Stella Doro Anisette cookies 1 lg. can sliced peaches 2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding 1 lg. container Cool Whip Place cookies in 13 x 9 x 2 inch Pyrex dish. Pour peach juice on cookies; make instant pudding according to directions on package. Spread over soaked cookies. Arrange sliced peaches on top of pudding and save a few aside. Spread Cool Whip over peaches and decorate with remaining peaches. Refrigerate overnight and serve chilled. Enjoy! Serves 10. |
