PEACHES AND CREAM DESSERT 
3/4 c. flour
1 (4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches

In mixing bowl, sift flour, pudding, and baking powder. Combine egg, milk, and butter and add to dry ingredients; mix well. Spread in greased 8x8x2 inch pan. Drain peaches, reserve 1/3 cup of liquid. Chop peaches or leave in slices, sprinkle on top of batter.

Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved liquid; pour on top of peaches. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool.
