PEACHES AND CREAM DESSERT BARS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pkg. coconut pecan frosting mix
1 (13 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
2 c. sour cream
1 egg

In large mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, 2 eggs, butter and dry frosting mix, by hand. Press into jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange sliced peaches on top of the baked cake mix. Mix sour cream with 1 egg with electric mixer. Pour on top of peaches and return to oven for about 15 to 20 minutes longer. Refrigerate after cooling.
