BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 can (8) crescent rolls
2 squares frozen hash browns, thawed
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage and drain well. Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place on ungreased 12 inch pizza pan, with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Bake crust at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns. Top with Cheddar cheese. In bowl, beat eggs, milk and seasonings together. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all ingredients. Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
