POPPY SEED BREAD 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. all purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. poppy seeds
Banana (opt.)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3 (4"x8") loaf pans. Beat eggs until light and thick; add sugar, beat. Add milk and oil, beat. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and add to egg mixture, beating continuously. Stir in poppy seeds, pour into pans, bake 1 hour. If you have any ugly old bananas, toss 1 or 2 in for extra flavor.
