LUCY'S BEST BANANA BREAD 
It is the best bread EVER!

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar (may substitute with Splenda for baking)
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
3 ripe medium sized bananas

Note: You may add any kind of chopped nuts you wish to the recipe but I always leave them out.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients well. Use a standard bread loaf pan (or 2 smaller loaf pans) and make sure to grease it (do not flour it).

Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes on the top rack of the oven.
