OVERNIGHT SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1 pt. mayo (not salad dressing)
chopped onion to taste
bacon to taste, crumbled
Parmesan cheese to taste
1/2 c. sugar

Layer lettuce, then cauliflower. Spread mayo on top of cauliflower. Sprinkle onion and bacon on top of mayo. Cover with sugar and Parmesan cheese. Let set in the refrigerator overnight. Stir before serving.

You can add red cabbage, snow peas or any other vegetable for color and taste.
