PECAN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

In large mixing bowl mix sugar, flour, and salt; stir in corn syrup. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in evaporated milk, pecans, and vanilla.

Pour into a 9-inch pie crust and bake for at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm. Cool before serving.
