A dish of leftover taters
1 onion, chopped up
1 agg, beat to death
Half 'a cup 'a flour, more or less
1 tsp. bakin' powder
1 tsp. salt
Few shakes 'a pepper

Mix the flour, bakin' powder and seasoning. Add the beat up agg and taters. Stir it up real good. Drop by spoonfuls on hot griddle. Flatten with a spoon and fry brown on both sides.
