BEEF AND POTATO CAKE 
2 1/2 c. leftover beef
1 1/2 c. cold seasoned mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
Speck of pepper
2 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. melted fat or oil
Flour

Mix all ingredients but flour and fat. Shape into patties. Roll very light in flour. Cook in hot fat until brown on all sides. Serve warm.

Note: Roast beef, veal, ham maybe used instead of beef.
