BEEF HASH 
2 med. onions, sliced
2 tbsp. bacon drippings
4 med. potatoes, diced
2 c. leftover beef, diced
Salt and pepper
Milk

Saute onions in bacon fat until soft. Add potatoes, beef, seasonings and enough milk to cover. Mix well. Cover skillet and simmer until hash is well browned. 5 servings.
