LAURA'S BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. bouillon
1 1/2 c. leftover roast, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Sour cream

Saute onions in butter until soft. Add roast and simmer 3-4 minutes. Add bouillon and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup. Heat through. Add 1 cup of sour cream. Stir lightly. Serve over rice or noodles. All the ingredients can be a little more or less sort of what you have on hand and the amount you want to make.

Have a chuck of leftover roast. Going to try this for dinner. Think I will add 1 clove of garlic and perhaps a can of drained mushrooms. May just put over a mashed potato - not sure yet. Thank you for submitting!
