SLOW COOKER BEEF STROGANOFF | |
2 lbs. steak, cut in 1/2-inch strips 1 tbsp. cooking oil 1 c. water 2 (6 oz.) cans mushrooms 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 tbsp. flour 1 c. sour cream Brown steak; put in cooker. Stir in water, mushrooms and soup mix. Cook on HIGH 5-6 hours. Now combine flour and sour cream; stir into steak mixture. Cover and cook 1/2 hour longer. Serve over hot cooked noodles. |
