CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
9" prepared pie shell

Beat the pudding with the 1 1/2 cups milk for about 1 minute. Add the pumpkin and beat until well blended. Add the spices and 3/4 of the Cool Whip. Place this in the pie shell and cover this filling with the remaining Cool Whip.
