SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
4 c. cooked ham (ground)
2 lg. onions (ground)
1/8 lb. butter
Pinch garlic salt
3/4 to 1 c. flour
2 (#2 1/2) cans sauerkraut

Melt butter, add onion, ham and garlic salt and brown. Stir in flour, mix well, add kraut. Has to cook and stir 7 minutes. It should be stiff. Let cool in skillet. Form 1 inch balls. (Can freeze this way.)

To serve, beat 2 eggs, add a little milk. Dip balls in egg mix then roll in fine cracker meal. Then French fry.

To reheat put on cookie sheet in 275 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve in chafing dish.
