CINDI'S SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. chopped sauerkraut, drained well
1 egg
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper, a sprinkle of each
1 sm. onion, minced
1/4 to 1/2 c. flour, if needed

Mix all ingredients, adding flour if necessary so mixture will form small balls. Roll in flour. Fry in oil. Drain on paper towels.
