RUBIN APPETIZERS (SAUERKRAUT
BALLS)
 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. instant dry onions
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs

Combine and roll into balls. Then roll balls into 1/2 cup flour. Then into 1/2 cup evaporated milk, then into 3/4 cup bread crumbs again. Deep fry until brown.
