1 lb. cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. Kellogg's Special K
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 env. beef broth
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, covered and 30 minutes uncovered.
