VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can French style green beans, partly drained
1 can yellow corn, drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all of the above and place in oblong glass dish.

Melt 1 stick butter.

Crush 1 sleeve Ritz crackers. Mix crackers with butter.

Top vegetable mix with cracker crumbs. Bake casserole uncovered for 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
