RUM BALLS 
2 c. finely sifted vanilla wafers
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. honey or corn syrup
1/4 c. rum or brandy

Place crumbs, cocoa, nuts, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Combine liquid ingredients slowly to crumb mixture. Mix with hands. When mixture holds together, stop adding liquid. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in a tin box for at least 12 hours.
