TARA'S VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. whipping cream
4 c. half and half
3 c. milk
4 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Ice and rock salt (for ice cream freezer)

Beat eggs; add sugar gradually and beat until mixture is thick. Blend in remaining ingredients. Freeze in ice cream freezer, following manufacturer's directions.
