SALMON PATTIES | |
1 lb. can pink salmon 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 6 tbsp. shortening Drain salmon, remove bones and skin and flake. Beat eggs and add milk, salmon, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Form into 6 large patties. Brown patties on both sides in hot shortening in skillet. Serves 4-6. |
